This time of year, be you in the Northern New Jersey area or anywhere really, things can get quite wacky. Holidaze shopping stress, wondering where we might find the money for that shopping, traffic, mall crowds, family party crowds, it does all add up. But would we ever expect some crazy news over a haircut?
Margaret Gieszinger, a teacher at University Preparatory High School in Visalia, took to cutting one of her student’s hair while singing the national anthem. The 52-year-old teacher had a male student come to the front of the class and ceremonially chopped away, much to her class’s shock. She then walked among her classroom looking for a next volunteer, and not finding one, simply grabbed a female student and tried to cut her hair…while still singing the Star Spangled Banner; patriotic, this woman is! Gieszinger simply began her first-period chemistry class, waving scissors and telling her students it was haircut day.
Sure, we can all get a little stressed over our hair. Guci Image hair replacement clients know how much attention is put to finding, maintaining and living with a cut, style, and color…while wearing hair replacement units and extensions. Or how hard it can be for a man or woman coming into Guci Image’s Paramus office, to determine which test or procedure is best for them, from our new DHSA to a laser light therapy
Margaret Gieszinger’s ‘concerns’ seemed on an order most of us couldn’t conceive.
Taking a moment, consider really what this time of year should bring, try to get into Guci Image for that service you might need before parties, and family get together’s and take a moment to breathe: Happy Holidays to you all!
Gieszinger is charged with battery, assault, cruelty to a child, and false imprisonment, and could face up to three and a half years in jail if convicted.
